Do you provide airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or as late as two hours before arrival. Guests in a particular hurry may use our helipad, open from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be billed to your suite.
Can you arrange private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda can be hired privately, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special joy for us; our events director prepares a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
Which ages are welcome?+
Our property is held for adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
How does cancellation work?+
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.

A coastal retreat shaped over 47 years.
Luminasandspavilion opened in 1979 as one villa on a quiet bay, and expanded only when we knew we could grow without losing what made a visit worthwhile. 47 years later we still keep 90 rooms and suites, three kitchens and two gaming rooms, and we still decline more business than we accept.
Luxury, for us, is not marble and gold leaf. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table held an hour past closing because the conversation was still going. We hire for that instinct and we retain the people who have it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire strategy. We would rather 68 percent of a smaller number come back each year than pursue a larger one that never does.
